Larry N. Dean, B.S.
Senior Biologist
Mr. Dean has more than 25 years experience in land use management, wildlife/habitat management, wetlands delineation, and CEQA/NEPA, including habitat and biological assessments. His professional experience includes 14 years working with natural resource related projects in southern California. Mr. Dean has also worked on projects throughout the West, Southwest, Pacific Northwest and Intermountain West.
His responsibilities at BFSA include overseeing the biological services program offered by BFSA, including the design and implementation of field investigations and supervision of field monitors.
